NICFY-1 SOFT ICE CREAM / FROZEN YOGURT MACHINE
NICFY-1 is the small-sized counter machine for the preparation of Soft serve Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt.
Entirely manufactured in Turkey in our plant, it has two feeding systems: gravity or pump.
Karma hopper is cooled: the product gets cold before reaching the freezing cylinder.
Performances improve since the time to dispense soft ice cream and frozen yoghurt is reduced.
Stainless Steel panels and capacitive, led-lightened control board. High overrun. Hourly capacity: 150 cones (9 kg/h) 3 consistency levels of the finished product. Minimum level control light. Defrost/night mode: to activate push on the key with the – symbol until all led lights are off. By this way temperature will settle at 0/+2°C and the product will remain fresh without getting stressed; turning on again the freezing system the product will be ready in a few minutes.
